Black and white postcard featuring six vignettes of Freiburg: the statue of the Posquuenen-Eagel, the cathedral viewed from the Schloßberg, the Martinster, the university, the Münsterplatz, and the Münster. The back has handwritten French text, a cancellation from Colombes (Seine) dated August 6, 1959, a 10 pfennig German postage stamp, and the recipient's address in Colombes, France.
