Humorous illustration of a couple at the edge of a horse race, the woman in a red dress and ridiculous hat, the man in a tuxedo holding a book, with race tickets scattered on the ground. The printed text says: « My horse would have won the race if you hadn't scared it with that ridiculous hat! ... ». On the reverse, mention of the publisher: Groupement des Associations Cartophiles du Val-d'Oise, limited edition to 3,000 copies, published for the Enghiennes-Bains event of June 3 and 4, 1989.
