Description

Black and white view of Hildesheim's square, showing the Tempelherrenhaus (former building of the Templars) on the left, with its towers and Gothic architecture, and on the right, the timber-framed building of Wedekind. The printed text at the bottom of the front identifies the locations. The reverse features the publisher's inscription 'Schchte Photographie', the serial number 'Nr. 63374', and a partial cancellation from Kassel.
