Description

Postcard of Spitzingsee, 1100 m, presenting a panoramic view of the lake with boats, mountains in the background, and a hotel building. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Postgasthof und See-Café, Willy-Merkel-Heim, Hotel Florian' and a handwritten correspondence addressed to Christelle Mercier in Chennevières-sur-Marne, France. A 60 pfennig postage stamp and a postal mark of Spitzingsee dated 7 July 1960.
