View of the garden of the Frankfurter Hof hotel in Frankfurt am Main, framed by an arch and columns, with red flowers in the foreground. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated September 6-7, 1961, sent from the hotel to Paris, with a 20 pfennig German stamp and a cancellation mark 'Frankfurter Messe'.
