Description

Postcard illustrating five sites in the Negev desert in Israel: the ruins of Avdat, King Solomon's Pillars, the Negev Mountains, the city of Eilat, and a Bedouin shepherd on a camel. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 16.9.58 sent from Eilat to Jacques Cherbian in Dombsale, France, with an Israeli 0.30 livre postage stamp and an air cancellation.
