Panoramic view of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, with its six minarets and central dome, framed by autumn-leafed trees. The back features a French inscription: 'with a bit of luck I will be in Paris before her ... pleasant and fun stays for the whole family'. Two Turkish stamps (1 and 2.5 lira) dated 1978 are affixed, with an obliteration 'TIFDRUK ISTANBUL'.
