Interior view of the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, showing the sacred rock in the center, surrounded by columns and red carpets decorated with patterns. On the reverse, printed text in English and Hebrew describing the building as a magnificent example of Islamic architecture. Israeli 200 shekels postmark (1978) and Jerusalem postmark. Sent to Mrs. B. Tvermoes in Yvelines, France, with handwritten Norwegian script.
