View of the obelisks of the Amun Temple in Karnak, erected by Queen Hatshepsut during the 18th Dynasty (1495-1475). The reverse has a handwritten French inscription, three Egyptian stamps (5m, 185m, 60m), an obliteration 'EGYPT', and an address to Charles Peguy in Grenoble, France.
