Description

Interior of the famous banquet hall of Kloster Benediktbeuern, dating from 1674, with a baroque ceiling adorned with frescoes and intricate stucco. The walls are decorated with murals and wooden seats beneath a suspended chandelier. On the reverse, the publisher is identified as Photo-Thoma, Benediktbeuern, with mention of painters Caspar Feichtmayr and Caspar Amort from Germany.
