The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 14-8-73, sent from Kurort Russalka in Bulgaria to M. and Mme M. Debraine in Versailles, France, with a 20 st. and a 35 st. Bulgarian stamp, as well as a postmark from 15.3.73 at Narechen-Poliklinika.
