Description

Color collage showing the French Riviera with the Promenade des Anglais, blue-uniformed dancers, a flower parade, and carnival characters. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1 March 1965 sent from Nice to Paris, with a 25 centime postage stamp and a Nice postmark (Alpes-Maritimes).
