Picturesque view of a wooded gorge with a calm water mirror reflecting the rocks and dense vegetation. On the reverse, a postcard sent in August 1961 from Argenton-sur-Creuse, with a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Bounttier in Brignogan. 20-cent postage stamp and postmark from Argenton-sur-Creuse post office. Printed text mentions 'Porte des Vallées' and 'Camping' with a quote from George Sand.
