Night view of La Rochelle's port with the Lantern Tower and Chamber Tower, illuminated and reflected in the water. Reverse: handwritten text addressed to 'Bougeard d'Arne de Saint-Malo', French 1 franc postmark, cancellation from Charente-Maritime dated July 8, 1978, and mention of the printer 'Surgères'.
