Panoramic view of an animated beach at Cap d'Antibes, with swimmers, walkers and a lighthouse at sea under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Herrie in Eureux, dated 10 September 1951, with a 20-franc 'Heroes of the Resistance' stamp and a postal mark 'ENTENTE MARITIME'.
