Black and white panoramic view of Lake Annecy, with mountains in the background, the Chapel of Toron in the foreground, and the village of Talloires on the lake's edge. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame S. Collin in Paris, dated June 29, 1948, with two 2-franc stamps and a cancellation 'LAC D'ANNECY' from June 29, 1948.
