Description

Two children in traditional Alsatian costumes, a boy drinking from a cup and a girl in a black hood, are sitting at a table decorated with an embroidered tablecloth featuring grapes and flowers, surrounded by pink flower pots. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1907, sent from Colmar (Haut-Rhin) to Bellecombe, mentions a stay in Alsace and a visit to Bébelenheim. The 25-centime French postage stamp is canceled in Colmar.
