Black and white view of a pine forest bathed in morning mist, with a path in the foreground. On the reverse, a French postcard dated 20 August 1956, franked with a 12 franc stamp depicting the Pont de la République in Pau, addressed to Madame Ed. Schwing in Rueil. The handwritten text refers to the mists and pines of the Landes.
