Panoramic view of the Rhine in Mainz with several passenger boats, including one bearing the inscription 'FAMILIENFREUNDLICH', and a bridge in the background. The reverse features a German postcard dated around 1963, sent from Mainz to Tübingen (Germany) and then to Marseillan (France), with a 15 pfennig postage stamp and handwritten French script.
