Description

Black and white view of Château de Val, a 15th-century medieval castle located on an island in the middle of a lake, with a path bordered by railings leading to the island. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated August 19, 1956, addressed to Mr. Badar, mentioning a previous visit and a proposal for a walk. The postal stamp is canceled in Lanobre.
