Black and white view of a maritime jetty with a lighthouse in the background, several people walking or sitting there, including a man sitting on a chair. On the back, a postcard dated 1951, stamped with 50 francs, addressed to Mme Emile Biegquart in Plessis-Orvilliers, with a handwritten message 'affectionnées de Bretagne'.
