Description

View from Saint-Georges Gate, the last remaining part of the inner city wall, on Rocher Cornelle topped by the statue of Notre-Dame. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated July 24, 1972, addressed to Mrs. Maurice Ricat in Garches, with a 30-centime stamp and a postmark from Sommières.
