Black and white view of the Saint Michael Rock of Aiguilhe, a religious building perched on a rock overlooking a river and a village. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to Madame J. Boissard in Paris, dated 1956, with a 25 centimes stamp and a postmark 'HAUTE-LOIRE'.
