Description

View of the Engineer's Palace in Leningrad, built between 1797 and 1800 by architects V. Bazhenov and V. Brenna. The back has a handwritten French inscription referring to an interesting trip and an address to Mr. Van Loone in Rueil-la-Gadelière, France, with a Soviet stamp from 1961 and a postmark from Leningrad.
