Description

View of the Palace of the State in Leningrad, with a statue in the foreground and a red flag at the top. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated July 12, 1978, sent from Leningrad to Miss Yvonne Bourgoin in Suresnes, France, with two Soviet stamps from 1973 and one from 1970, canceled with a Leningrad postmark.
