Description

View of a street in Leningrad (now Saint-Petersburg) lined with classical stone buildings in ocher, with cars and pedestrians. The reverse has handwritten French text dated July 25, 1965, indicating a boat trip from Hamburg, with stops in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Riga, and Hamburg, addressed to Melle Jamine Cloître in Nice. The Soviet 6 kopecks postage stamp is canceled in Leningrad.
