Description

View of the Admiralty building in Leningrad, with its gilded dome and characteristic spire, surrounded by fountains and greenery. The reverse features a handwritten letter in French dated August 27, 1965, sent to Madame S. Nagdt in Antwerp, Belgium, and a 4 kopecks commemorative stamp marking the 250th anniversary of the Leningrad Post Office.
