Snowy view of the alpine range from Lermaos (1000m) in Tyrol, with the Zugspitze (2963m) and the Ehrwald range in the background. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Lydia Bints at 92-Suresnes, France, dated 1943, with a French 7-franc stamp and a Lermaos postmark.
