Description

Illustrated postcard depicting eight Loire Valley castles: Chambord, Blois, Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Villandry, and Saumur, with a central panel focusing on Chenonceau. Reverse: printed text "LES MERVEILLES DU VAL DE LOIRE", French postmark from 1963, cancellation "GRE" dated 15-30-3, handwritten address to "M. Coutant" in Ligre, and publisher note "Leconte" from La Chaussee-Saint-Victor.
