Colorized view of a mountainous landscape with a village below and a farmer plowing with two cows in the foreground. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 30 July 1972, addressed to M. and Mme Thomas at Crépy-en-Valois, mentioning the beauty of the place. A 30-centime 'Snowfields' stamp and a postmark from Bagnères-de-Luchon dated 31 July 1972.
