Aerial view of the beach at Les Sables-d'Olonne with sunbathers under conical tents, swimmers in the sea, and a tree-lined promenade. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 13.9.52 sent to Nantes, with a 1952 postage stamp and a Nantes cancellation. The publisher is listed as 'Éditions Gaby' with a trademark.
