Description

Aerial view of the village of Leukerbad nestled in a valley surrounded by steep mountains, with a winding road zigzagging up the Gemmiweg. The reverse indicates the publisher 'Photo Klopfenstein, Adelboden' and handwritten correspondence addressed to the Niederthaler family in Adelboden, accompanied by a 20-centimes Swiss stamp canceled in Samedan on May 23, 1970.
