View of the Hôtel de Ville de Libourne, a Gothic building with a clock tower, under a blue sky, surrounded by 1960s cars. Reverse: handwritten letter dated 7 September 1966, addressed to 'chères sœurs', signed by A. Planché, mentioning a return to Libourne and holidays in Montfaucon. Postal stamp with Libourne cancellation.
