The printed text on the front indicates the Nice-Conflans line and the reconstruction after the war. The back specifies that this mountain line, put into service in 1928, connects Turin to Nice via the Tende Pass tunnel at an altitude of 1000 meters and was almost completely destroyed in 1945 before being rebuilt with Italian funding.
