Description

Aerial view of the Prefecture of Limoges, a neoclassical building with dome and colonnades, under a blue sky. On the reverse, a postcard dated 19 April 1943, sent from Limoges to Paris, with a 1.70 franc green postage stamp and a postmark from 30 December 1953. The handwritten address is intended for a recipient in Paris, with a note of 'Au nom de tous les miens'.
