Description

Colorized view of a large cruise ship, the M.S. "LORELEY", sailing on the Rhine with the city of Mainz and its famous Gothic building in the background. The reverse has a handwritten letter addressed to Henri André Boisard in Paris, dated June 6, 1966, with a German 30 pfennigs postmark and a shipping cancellation from Brest. The publisher Georg Stilke GmbH, Köln, is mentioned at the bottom of the reverse.
