Panoramic view of the Lourdes basilica surrounded by wooded hills and bordered by the Gave river, with a bridge in the background. On the reverse, a postcard sent in 1985 from Lourdes, with handwritten text expressing admiration for the pilgrimage and the warmth of the region, addressed to Mrs. L. Salic in Brest. Postmark of 1.80 F dated October 3, 1985, with a Lourdes cancellation.
