Description

Colored scene depicting a woman washing at the fountain, with the apparition of the Virgin Mary in a cave. Printed text at the bottom: « Go drink from the fountain and wash there... (25 February 1858) ». Back: French postal stamp from 1963, Lourdes postmark, printed text on the back mentioning the discovery of the miraculous spring in 1858, and handwritten text indicating a trip to Lourdes.
