Interior of the underground basilica in Lourdes, with a central altar and a seated crowd. The reverse indicates the dimensions (317 m, 200 m long, 80 m wide, 10 m high), the capacity (20,000 people), the architects (P. Vago - L. Donné - P. Piasgard) and a handwritten correspondence. 25-centime French Republic postmark, canceled in Lourdes on 20 October 1968.
