Interior of a natural cave transformed into a sanctuary, with a statue of the Virgin Mary on a pedestal and an altar illuminated by numerous candles. The back features a handwritten letter dated September 26, 1947, sent from Lourdes to Nora, mentioning a charity congress and wishes for health. The postmark is canceled in Lourdes.
