Panoramic view of the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Lourdes surrounded by a crowd of pilgrims in the courtyard of the sanctuary, under a blue sky. The reverse has a handwritten inscription in French and several languages (Spanish, German, Italian) describing a visit with sick friends on the Via Dolorosa.
