Panoramic view of the Monts Maudits, with a hiker in the foreground in front of a snowy mountainous landscape. On the reverse, a postcard sent from Luchon (Haute-Garonne) on August 11, 1947, with a 12-centime postmark and handwritten address to Mr. and Mrs. Dercchy in Oise. The publisher is listed as 'Héliogravure De Luchon'.
