Medieval colored illustration depicting the Virgin Mary seated with the Child Jesus, a kneeling queen praying before them, framed by a red and blue damask design. The reverse contains a handwritten letter dated 1977, addressed to Mrs. Louise, signed 'Simone', and mentions the publisher Draeger in Paris with his address and phone number.
