View of Abingdon Town Hall, the central building of the town, used as a museum. Beneath the building is a café-bar named 'The Circle', frequented by teenagers. The reverse has handwritten red writing describing these elements and indicates the publisher 'Phtefehne' and the location 'Abingdon'.
