View of the Governor's Palace in Metz, an imposing building with towers and slate roofs, surrounded by trees and a gate. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated March 14, 1951, sent from Metz Station to Darnachous (Tunisia), with a 15-centime stamp and a postmark.
