Postcard depicting a man holding a rifle in front of a large fir tree in a dense forest, with the printed text « ... my beautiful fir, king of the forests ... » at the bottom. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 23 September 1973, sent from Besançon (Doubs) to Audrey Creuzot in Levallois-Perret, with a 30-cent postage stamp and a postmark. The publisher is listed as « Editions J. Cellard ».
