Description

Interior view of the apse of the Monreale Cathedral, adorned with a large 12th-century mosaic depicting Jesus in the center, surrounded by saints and religious scenes. The reverse side features a handwritten letter dated August 12, 1950, sent from Palermo to Paris, addressed to Madame Michaud, with an Italian postage stamp and a cancellation 'PALERMO 16-VIII-1950'.
