View of the Byzantine Basilica of the Transfiguration on Mount Tabor, surrounded by ancient ruins under a blue sky. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated August 2, 1968, sent from Tel Aviv to Paris, with two Israeli stamps (0.10 and 0.20) and a cancellation 'TEL AVIV 2.8.68'.
