Black-and-white aerial view of Red Square in Moscow, showing the Saint Basil Cathedral with its colorful domes, the war memorial, the Spasskaya Tower with its clock and red star, as well as modern buildings in the background. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 18/8/64 sent by plane from Moscow to Saint-Jacques (Côtes-de-Nord, France), addressed to 'Dear Mother', with a Soviet postage stamp and a postmark 'MOSCOW' dated 21-8-64.
