Description

Panoramic postcard illustrating eight views of Munich: the Frauenkirche, the Wittelsbacher Brunnen, the Karlsplatz, the Schloss Nymphenburg, the Isarpartie, the Marienplatz with the Marienkirche, the Theatiner und Frauenkirche, and the Deutsches Museum. The reverse features a handwritten letter dated 31.7.63 sent to Madame Brejour in Châteauneuf (Charente), with a 15 pfennigs postage stamp and a Munich postmark. The publisher is the Münchner Bildkunstverlag August Lengauer, no. 878.
